Getting startedYour first day with Nhimbe
- Open the workspace address from your welcome email and sign in with your own account.
- Check your profile and ask your workspace administrator to confirm your access.
- Create one real customer or deal in CRM, then add a task with an owner and deadline.
- Invite your team through your workspace administrator. Give each person their own account.
- Agree where your team will keep documents, track work and review progress each week.

- Check that you entered the correct email address, then check Junk or Spam.
- Search your mailbox for Nhimbe and support@nhimbe.space. Delivery can be delayed by your email provider.
- If the link has expired or the message still has not arrived, contact support with the email address used and the approximate signup time.
- Do not send a password, verification link or payment credentials to support.

- Check your workspace address. The platform control panel and your company workspace use different accounts.
- Check the username from your welcome email and whether Caps Lock is enabled.
- Use the password recovery option on your sign in page when available. Otherwise contact your workspace administrator or Nhimbe support.
- Tell support your workspace address and the error message. Never include your password.

- Give each deal a clear customer, responsible person, amount and currency.
- Keep the deal stage current so your team can distinguish open, won and lost work.
- Add a follow up task and deadline for the next customer conversation.
- Review overdue follow ups with your team. Won deal values do not tell you whether an invoice has been paid.

- Use a title that explains the outcome, such as Send the revised customer quotation.
- Assign one responsible person and set a realistic deadline.
- Add the information or documents needed to complete the work.
- Review progress and mark completed tasks accurately. Discuss overdue work before changing its deadline.

- Workspace administrators can open Analytics, then BI, to see Nhimbe Analytics.
- Choose creation dates. The report shows the current status of records created in that period, not their status at a past date.
- Win rate is won deals divided by won plus lost deals. N/A means there are no decided deals.
- Currencies stay separate. Won value is the value of won deals, not cash collected.
- Check the calculation time. Cached reports refresh within five minutes.

- Open Report builder in Nhimbe Analytics as a workspace administrator.
- Choose Deals or Tasks, then creation month or current status as your grouping.
- Choose a date range of up to 366 days and select Build report.
- Use Download CSV to save the aggregated results. The file includes the dates and calculation time.
- Bookmark the page to reuse its settings. Store exports carefully and only share them with authorised people.

- Write down your workspace address, the page or feature and when the issue happened.
- Explain what you tried, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Include the exact error text. If you attach a screenshot, hide customer details and other sensitive information.
- Tell us whether the issue affects only you or other people in the workspace.
- Send these details through one of the support channels below. Never include passwords or full banking details.
