We collect the account and company details you submit, service and billing records, support conversations, security logs and usage information needed to operate your workspace.
We use this information to provide and secure Nhimbe, process subscriptions, support users, improve reliability, communicate service updates and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with infrastructure, email and payment providers acting for us, or when the law requires it. Workspace content remains private to the customer account and its authorised users.
We retain records while an account is active and as needed for security, billing and legal requirements. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to records we must keep.
