You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure and ensuring that your users follow these terms. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Do not use Nhimbe to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, send abusive unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service.
Starter is offered at no charge within its published limits. Paid plans renew for their selected billing period unless cancelled. Prices, taxes, due dates and payment instructions appear on the applicable order or invoice.
You retain ownership of content your team puts into Nhimbe and grant us the limited permission required to host, protect, back up and transmit it to provide the service.
We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt access. Either party may end a subscription; we may suspend accounts for non-payment, security risk or serious misuse.
